We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Assistant Manager to join the team as we continue to grow our network of restaurants.
The successful candidate will be placed on a thorough training program and be fully supported in their role and continuous development.
We place a huge focus on development and have an 80% internal promotion to manager rate so you and this role will grow with us.

What does the job involve?

Admin
- HACCP and compliance checks - Stock management and reconciliation
- Staff training and rotas
Food standards
- Ensure food is prepared safely and to the highest standard of quality and presentation
- Wastage management
- Report any issues
Staff Management
- Shift planning and delegation
- Handover of shifts
- Absence management
Requirements
Experience in a team lead position, ideally hospitality or retail
A no-compromise approach to food safety, food quality and customer service
Experience with stock management
A hands on and motivational attitude to management
Excellent communication skills
