Boojum is a network of award winning, fast-casual, Mexican restaurants across Ireland, Northern Ireland and England.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced kitchen manager to join the team as we continue to grow our network of restaurants.
The successful candidate will be placed on a thorough training program and be fully supported in their role and continuous development.
We place a huge focus on development and have an 80% internal promotion to manager rate so you and this role will grow with us.

Salary: €29,750.00-€34,500.00 per year

- Ensure food is prepared safely and to the highest standard of quality and presentation

Requirements
At least 1 year proven experience in a management position, ideally hospitality or retail
A no-compromise approach to food safety, food quality and customer service
Experience with stock management
Experience with rotas, labour and targets
A hands on and motivational attitude to management
Excellent communication skills
