📍 Location: Armley, Leeds
🕒 Hours: 40 hours over 5 days per week - 5:30am - 2pm Monday - Saturday.
💸 Pay: £28,080 - £31,200

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations.

👥 Building, training, and inspiring your team
🍴 Upholding our food safety and quality standards
💡 Driving KPIs
🛠️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
🥑 Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
🙌 Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment

✅ 1 years’ experience management experience in a fast-paced kitchen / production environment
🚀 Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
