We are looking for a dynamic, experienced production kitchen assistant to join the team as we continue to grow our network of restaurants.

The successful candidate will be placed on a thorough training program and be fully supported in their role and continuous development.

Salary : Under 21 - £11.50-£11.70 per hour. Over 21 £12.21-£12.51 per hour

Work Location: Unit C5, Wellington Road Industrial Estate, Leeds, LS12 2UA

Schedule : Monday - Saturday, shifts vary between 6am-6pm.

Contract: 21-26 hours per week

Expected start date: Week commencing 5th May

Own transport preferrable.

Job Purpose
The production facility assistant is primarily responsible for efficiently and accurately preparing large deliveries of food and dry stock for delivery into restaurants on a daily basis, as well as periodic cleaning responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately picking stock for delivery
Packing stock onto cages for delivery into our restaurants
Ensure clean as you go ethos is adhered to at all times
Ensure main warehouse, delivery van and cages are clean and well maintained at all times.
Ensure all food picked is packaged safely, in date and at the correct temperature – report any issues therein to the management team

Printing labels and delivery schedules
Completing the weekly stock take

Facilitating the cleanliness of our production kitchen
Any other duties your manager deems appropriate

• Ability to accurately follow a packing list
• Stock count will require concentration and the ability to follow a strict system
